How automatic renewal works

Checkout shows the amount charged today, the normal renewal amount, and the renewal interval before payment. The subscription renews automatically at that disclosed interval until cancelled.

How to cancel

Cancel through the Subscriptions section of your OH MAN account or email [email protected] from the email used to order. Include enough information to identify the subscription.

Complete cancellation before the next charge. Your account displays the next renewal date where available. A confirmed cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. We do not take the next charge or ship that renewal.

Cancellation is separate from refunds

Cancellation does not refund a paid or shipped order. Returns and refunds follow the Refund and Returns Policy, including statutory withdrawal, the first-order commercial extra, and remedies for order problems.

Payment failures and changes

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it under the disclosed billing settings, ask you to update the payment method, or pause or end the subscription. We do not ship a renewal unless payment is confirmed.

Before an increased renewal price or another material adverse change affects a future charge, we notify you on a durable medium in sufficient time to cancel before that charge.
