2. What we collect

• Name, email, phone if you give it, delivery and billing address
• Account, order history, and subscription status if you register
• Order details. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers
• Support emails to [email protected]
• Technical data needed to run and secure the site
• Cookies, as described below

We do not ask for health data. Do not send medical details unless we ask for something specific and lawful.

3. Why we use it

• Take the order, deliver, run a subscription: contract
• Invoices, VAT, accounting: legal obligation
• Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests
• Marketing email and non-essential cookies: consent, which you can withdraw

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who else sees it

Service providers process data for us, including hosting, shop software, payment, and email providers. They may only use it on our instructions. If a provider is outside the EEA, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism.

5. How long we keep it

Orders and invoices are retained as long as tax law requires. Account data is retained until you ask us to close it, then only as long as another legal basis requires. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or provide a copy of your data where GDPR gives you that right. Email [email protected]. You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) in Lithuania or the authority in your EU country of residence.

7. Children

The Shop is for people aged 18 or older.

8. Cookies

Necessary cookies make the Shop work. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. You can refuse them and still buy.
